Litar Abadi Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd (LAESB) is a renewable energy–driven engineering company committed to advancing Malaysia’s sustainable energy transition in line with the National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR).

Established in 2020, LAESB provides comprehensive EPCC solutions for solar photovoltaic systems, electrical engineering, and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, supporting commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Entering 2026, LAESB strategically expands its role within the clean energy ecosystem by integrating solar energy, EV charging solutions, and smart electrical systems to enable low-carbon mobility and energy efficiency. Our approach goes beyond project execution — we focus on building scalable, compliant, and future-ready energy infrastructure that contributes to national decarbonisation targets and long-term economic sustainability.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Ts. Hamzi

Ts. Hamzi as The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the company, ensuring sustainable growth and strong positioning in the solar and renewable energy industry. The CEO is responsible for driving business expansion, cultivating key relationships with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects in line with industry standards. In addition, the CEO ensures operational excellence across all divisions, guides the executive team in achieving corporate objectives, and represents the company at the highest level in negotiations, partnerships, and industry forums.

CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Ts. Ali Ahmad

Ts. Ali Ahmad as a Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) where he drives the company’s growth in the solar and renewable energy sector by expanding market opportunities, fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and achieving project and revenue targets. The team represents the company in high-level negotiations, pitching sessions, and MoU signings, while formulating competitive proposals and tender strategies aligned with the clean energy industry. In addition, Business Development provides internal training, establishes SOPs for proposals and presentations, and delivers regular reporting on project pipelines and strategic direction to top management.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Amir Yahaya

Amri Yahaya as Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees the company’s daily operations and ensures the effective delivery of solar and renewable energy projects according to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The COO leads project execution, resource management, and operational processes to achieve timely delivery and client satisfaction. Working closely with the CEO and management team, the COO aligns operational performance with strategic objectives while driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across all functions.

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Hasrul Idris

Hasrul Idris as a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading and overseeing all technical aspects of the company’s solar operations. This includes system design, engineering standards, technology selection, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The CTO ensures all solar projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry best practices while supporting innovation and long-term technical strategy
